ORDER INFORMATION Orders can be placed on our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at panzico@roadrunner.com

ORDER PROCESSING Most of our items are made to order. Please allow 2-4 days business days for us to complete your order and carefully package and ship. If we have all of your items on hand, then your order will ship sooner.

SHIPPING To keep shipping simple, we use USPS Priority Mail. If we feel the shipping cost would be less expensive we will ship UPS and adjust your cost. For orders 10 lbs. and under, usually USPS Priority is the best way to go. If we have a question on shipping, we will contact you. We automatically include Delivery Confirmation, but if you choose to add insurance, the cost is $1.35 for orders under $50 and $2.30 for orders up to $100. Depending on your location, you can expect your products to be delivered USPS Priority Mail within 2-4 days after shipping.

NOTICE: IF YOU ARE OVERCHARGED MORE THAN $2 ON YOUR SHIPPING VIA THE AUTOMATIC CALCULATION OF MY SHOPPING CART, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT BACK TO YOUR PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT - SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. IT IS VERY HARD TO CHARGE EXACT SHIPPING DUE TO THE LARGE VARIETY OF WEIGHTS & SIZES, WE DO USE FLAT RATE PRIORITY WHENEVER POSSIBLE TO SAVE YOU ON SHIPPING. THANK YOU!.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We do limited shipping to other countries outside the US. If you are interested in placing an order and are in a country other then the US. please send us a list of the products you are interested in and where you are located and we'll will contact you regarding shipping. Our shopping cart can not calculate international shipping but we will calculate actual shipping. We reserve the right to not allow orders from certain countries so please state location when writing to info

PAYMENTS We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Paypal. PayPal now accepts credit card payments even if you do not have a PayPal account. We find PayPal to be the easiest, most direct way to accept and process your payment quickly. Visit www.paypal.com for more information. We do accept checks, cashier's checks or money orders, payable to "Panzico Enterprises". All products will be made after your check clears our bank, usually within 7-10 days and will be shipped after that. Any check returned will incur a $30.00 processing fee. Please note that all credit card charges will be listed as Panzico Enterprises on your bill. PayPal payments will be via jpanzik@gmail.com.

SALES TAX California residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax on their orders.

RETURNS Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on some items. If your product was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. Please keep in mind that many of our products are produced by hand and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size and shape may occur. All raw dog food sales are final - we do not accept returned merchandise from these categories.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $20 fee for all bounced checks. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
